Returns & Exchanges

At Jambys, we want you to be as comfortable as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your new favorites aren't a perfect fit, we'll help you find a pair you love or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
